STRIX is a product of Strickland Technology ("we," "us," "our"). We provide AI-powered receptionist and business management services to small businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, services offered, and business hours.
Call Data: When customers call your STRIX number, we process the call through our AI system. We collect caller name, phone number, address, service requested, urgency level, and a transcript summary of the conversation.
Payment Information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never store credit card numbers on our servers.
Device Information: We collect push notification tokens to send you lead alerts.
All data is stored in encrypted databases. API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We use industry-standard security practices including parameterized database queries, JWT authentication, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing.

We retain your account and lead data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, lead data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Your account information is retained for 12 months for billing and legal purposes.

When customers call your STRIX number, they are informed they are speaking with an AI assistant. Call data is stored under your tenant account and is not shared with other businesses or used for marketing purposes.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
