Communication Tools is an optional STRIX add-on. It is not the receptionist plan. System price is $29 per month after Stripe checkout, unless Strickland Technology names a no-charge grant. Checkout does not change a tenant’s receptionist subscription status.
You authorize your Google account. You send SMS only from your tenant SMS number. You will not connect someone else’s Gmail without their permission. You are responsible for what the agent sends after you unlock the tools.
Unless a grant says otherwise: 100 email sends and 250 SMS segments per UTC month. Over-cap sends are refused.
Named test-pilot and operator grants (including Raimy Sabido and Strickland Technology / Jarvis) stay unlocked at no charge. Stripe checkout for those tenants is refused.
